The Sonja is an award-winning multi-family housing development located in Eugene, Oregon, completed in 2010. The Sonja tied with another Dustrud Architecture project, Kokanee Place, for the 2010 Colleague’s Choice Award and First Place Winner of the AIA-Southwestern Oregon 2010 People’s Choice Award for Multi-Family Construction. One of the premiere apartments in Eugene, it features an interior courtyard where natural light cascades into a wonderful open-air gathering place used for special events as well as everyday activities.

Included in The Sonja’s amenities are: an exercise area, a study and social room with big screen HDTV, fantastic views, and large interior balconies.
