Kokanee Place is designed as four distinct townhouses with vertical separations. This design allows the living spaces above the adjacent roof tops access to beautiful views of Eugene’s south hills. Due to the tall nature of the building and the need to reduce solar heat gain, a stepped configuration along with deep overhangs was implemented to provide for solar shading and maximum day-lighting.

Carefully placed near the University of Oregon, Kokanee Place is designed to create a convenient and unique living experience for its student residents. Each unit is a 3 story townhouse with 4 bedrooms.
