Pear Valley
Central Point, Oregon

Pear Valley is a Compass Senior Living Project that includes 60 assisted living and 24 memory care units as well as amenity spaces including therapy kitchens, hair salon, library, and bistro. For this project, Dustrud Architecture integrated the programmatic needs of an assisted living and memory care facility with the City of Central Point’s Master Plan. The assisted living units and support services create an urban street edge along North Haskell Street. The extensive use of glulam beams and exposed wood throughout the interior, coupled with exterior stonework, gives Pear Valley a craftsman style and allows residents the opportunity to feel at home here.
